📦 Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday).
During busy periods (Christmas, sales, new launches), processing may take an additional day.

🚚 Shipping Methods & Delivery Times (UK)
We currently ship within the United Kingdom using Royal Mail:

• Royal Mail 2nd Class: 2–4 working days

• Royal Mail 1st Class: 1–2 working days

Delivery times are estimates provided by the courier and may vary.

💰 Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the total order size and weight.
We keep our prices as affordable as possible.

📍 Click & Collect (Local)
If you are local to Huntworth/Bridgwater, please contact us to arrange a collection time.

📬 Order Confirmation & Tracking
You’ll receive an email confirmation after placing your order.
If your parcel includes tracking, this will be emailed to you once dispatched.

❗ Missing, Delayed or Damaged Parcels
If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us and we’ll look into it.
Damaged items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
